LANGUAGE LEARNING CENTRE

The success of engineering graduates at the time of placement interview and business situations largely depends upon their excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Foreign Languages.

With a view to increase the professional competency of our students, our college has created the LLC (Language Learning Centre) that develops students’ linguistic competency through various programs from First year through Third year.

Apart from First year English paper, the LLC offers special training in ESP (English for Specific Purpose): English for Academic Purpose to the Second year students with a qualifying exam based on IELTS (International English Language Testing System), and Professional communication to the Third year students with a qualifying exam based on BEC (Business English Certificate).

To grab the global opportunities available to Indian Engineers, the LLC trains interested students in Foreign Languages like French, German and Japanese.

To make our students join the national main stream, the LLC offers Hindi to all First year students with regular timetable and to the interested students after the regular class hours. All training programs are learner centered and the LLC uses the state-of-the-art Language Lab for its programs.
