Real time web based customer care system

Project ECARE is an intuitive web-based customer care interface and provides remote access to all customers. This system uses the logic of job prioritization to determine the assignment of technician to new job.System is developed in Active server pages as it is an open,compile free application environment which combines HTML ,scripts and reusable ActiveX components.MS-Access is used as Backend to store personel details.
