AEGIS Packet level intrusion prevention systems

Project aims to protect the network from “Denial Of service”attack by distinguishing geniune and malicious packets. The objective is to assign the responsibility of distinguishing packets to Router, setting the verdict for packets based on the tests performed by the router and allowing the network administrator to set the boundaries for the router. Thus the burden of the server is reduced and also the security is enhanced.
